Invites, Video Embeds, Gallery Improvements & More

This month’s update brings several long-requested usability upgrades — including a brand-new invite system, support for embedded videos, and a much smoother image gallery experience.

💌 Invites: A Simpler Way to Collaborate

Inviting new contributors to your universes is now easier than ever.

Instead of having to add users to your contacts first, admins can now invite users directly by username. The invited user will receive a notification and can accept or decline the invitation. This makes setting up collaborative worlds much faster and more intuitive.

🎥 Embedded Videos in the Editor

You can now embed video URLs directly in the main item editor!

This long-requested feature allows you to include visual or cinematic elements from your worlds — like lore videos, trailers, or atmospheric clips — right alongside your written content.

🖼️ Improved Gallery Management

Managing your images is smoother than ever:

• You can now drag and drop images to reorder them in the gallery editor

• Bulk uploads are supported, so you can add multiple images at once

• Added tracking to monitor total image data uploaded per universe

Together, these improvements make working with visual content much faster and more flexible.

🔧 Bug Fixes & Hotfixes

We’ve addressed several issues from recent updates:

• Fixed a crash when accessing private universes with public pages while logged out

• Fixed tags arrays occasionally being null, which could cause editor crashes

• Fixed public page editors not appearing correctly when toggling universe visibility

• Fixed links not highlighting properly in the editor

• Various theme, permission, and layout adjustments to improve stability
